On Tuesday, after a visit to the market and a bellisimo/buonissimo pastaccheria and a party for Beth’s birthday, we arrived at the Masseria.
That afternoon we had a cooking lesson with Mamma Julia. We made orchiette pasta, although I don’t think she cooked any that we made.
